There are many theories and practical methods to justify about spirituality. However, every method doesn't work or be appropriate in fast track life of the people. Moreover, every spiritual practice has its own limitations which sometimes doesn't reconcile with the individuals physical, mental or environmental conditions and hence, brings about dissatisfaction, adversity or giving up the practice.
Moreover, there have been so many yoga and meditation schools mushroomed together teaching the irrelevant philosophy of yoga and meditation and charging a healthy amount of money for the same and even for teaching how to win either mechanical necessities or the thoughts developed on lower vitals, on the name of spirituality.
People must understand that unless an inner mutation which only can be attained with the help of meditation (the higher mental state) and wisodom, the gigantic problems of this worldly life can't be resolved completely.
However, it is feasible to achieve when you find an appropriate method and grow on your path of eternal wisdom.
Therefore, one must opt out an appropriate method very wisely with a broader mindset.
