Everything is within you, just need to invoke it. The higher state of mind which we gain through the practice of meditation helps to do the same. As there are various method of meditation are available there. However,  If you haven't found the appropriate one for your spiritual evolution,  I would love to send you very simple  and easy to do method of meditation which can be practiced at home only even in your busy schedule. Nothing to pay, nothing to leave, no donations, nowhere to go. You will experience it by your own. So let me know friends. I'd like to share it here only.

Try this meditation method for 15 minutes only and feel the difference between Yoga and physical exercise, (Be practical,be aware,Copying someone is not yoga,physical exercise is not yoga) 
 
 
 
What would you like to prefer, a theoretical knowledge based on others realisations which sometimes give birth to conflicts or envisage an obscured mentality of lower vitals ?? 
 
There are many theories and practical methods to justify about spirituality. However, every method doesn't work or be appropriate in fast track life of the people. Moreover, every spiritual practice has its own limitations which sometimes doesn't reconcile with the individuals physical, mental or environmental conditions and hence, brings about  dissatisfaction, adversity or giving up the practice.  
 
Moreover, there have been so many yoga and meditation schools mushroomed together teaching the irrelevant philosophy of yoga and meditation and charging a healthy amount of money for the same and even for teaching how to win either mechanical necessities or the thoughts developed on lower vitals, on the name of spirituality.  
 
People must understand that unless an inner mutation which only can be attained with the help of meditation (the higher mental state) and wisodom, the gigantic problems of this worldly life can't be resolved completely.  
 
However, it is feasible to achieve when you find an appropriate method and grow on your path of eternal wisdom. 
 
Therefore, one must opt out an appropriate method very wisely with a broader mindset. 
 
I would love to share a very simple easy to do meditation which resonates the same. For this, nothing to pay, nowhere to go and nothing to leave. Just need to add it in your schedule and experience this evolutionary progression by your own.
