Due to the large number of schools mushroomed in all over
the world, Yoga come to mean a physical exercise or a process by which body can
be strengthened.
However, the term Yoga is a Sanskrit word and actually
refers to 'Union of soul with Supreme'.
This is only feasible through a perfect method of Awakening under the
supervision of the Perfected Master whom we call 'Samarth Sadguru'. Here, Guru
is the one who is the Dispeller of darkness and, is verily the representative
of Brahma (The Creator), Vishnu (The Sustainer) and Shiva (The Destroyer). He
creates, sustains knowledge and destroys the weeds of ignorance. Guru is Verily
the Para-Brahman (ultimate consciousness).
"Guru is not
just an individual you see in a mortal body. He's omnipresent and not
constrained by the limits of time and space." - Guru Siyag
Therefore, Yoga is the Ultimate State of Consciousness which
leads the practitioner to the realisation of Self.
Now, we must understand what does the term 'Meditation'
means. Like 'Yoga', the word 'Meditation' also have been misunderstood by
people as a physical effort to keep your mind calm and peaceful or a process to
gain some magical powers anyhow.
Although, Meditation is a Higher Conscious state of mind and
the same is attained when one gets connected with his inner Self due to the
Awakening of Kundalini, the Feminine Divine Energy of the practitioner, which
lies dormant at the bottom most bone in the spinal column called sacrum bone or
Root Chakra in terms of spirituality.
According to Sage Patanjali who codified the philosophy of
Yoga, "Meditation or contemplation, is the seventh stage of 'ashtanga' and
previous Consciousness state of 'Samādhī' which is the uninterrupted flow of
concentration. Although concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana) may
appear to be one and the same, a fine line of distinction exists between these
two stages. Where Concentration(dharana)
practices one-pointed attention, Meditation(dhyana) is ultimately a state of
being keenly aware without focus. At this stage, the mind has been quieted, and
in the stillness it produces few or no thoughts at all."
Therefore, we must need a Perfected Master like Guru Siyag
who can awaken the dormant Shakti, Kundalini through His 'Shaktipat Initiation'
and thus, the practitioner can practically experience the Higher state of
Consciousness through 'Meditation' and ultimately, the 'Yoga'.
So Guru Siyag is one of that Perfected Master who's
spiritual practice is bringing a Transformation in Mankind
Feel it.. and stay firm and strong when the things are
happening according to your dream. You'll find many people suggesting you with
their weak mind and compromising ideas and statement that, "we are common
people and we must not dream big and it's just an illusion to become great and
stand on the truth always". Never
allow your mind to become weak and just dust such ideas off your mind and go
ahead with inner inspiration and the same enthusiasm which you were
experiencing during your dreams. Listen to Guru, your inner Super Consciousness
only and do as it's guides you
Everything is within us. Now, it depends upon how much purity,
truthfulness and humanity is there in our characteristics. We can't change
others but we can develop our own character to the higher planes of
consciousness and then we find that everything is happening according to our
wish because we now be able to synchroniz our inner vibrations with the
universal vibrations.
