जैसा की सभी जानते ही होंगे की अगर एक खाली तलाव और एक पानी से बहरपुर तलाव हैं अगर दोनो के अपसा मे किसी नाले से जोड़ा जाये तो पानी वाले तलाव का पानी खाली पड़े तलाव के तरफ प्रवाहित होना शुरु हो जाता है. बिल्कुल यही होता है ध्यान मे. हम जिस भी शक्ति का ध्यान करते हैं, उससे सम्बंध जुड़ते ही उसकी शक्तिया , अच्छे गुण , हमारी तरफ आने लगती हैं और हम उनके जैसा बनाने लगते हैं.</div>

<li>सर्वप्रथम आरामदायक स्थिति में किसी भी दिशा की ओर मुँह करके बैठें।</li>
<li>दो मिनट तक सद्गुरुदेव श्री रामलाल जी सियाग के चित्र को खुली आँखों से ध्यानपूर्वक देखें।</li>
<li>यदि आप किसी बीमारी, नशे या अन्य परेशानी से पीडत हैं, तो गुरुदेव से, उससे, मुक्ति दिलाने हेतु अन्तर्मन से करुण पुकार करें।</li>
<li>मन ही मन १५ मिनट के लिये गुरुदेव से अपनी शरण में लेने हेतु प्रार्थना करें।</li>
<li>उसके बाद आंखें बन्द करके आज्ञा चक्र (भोंहों के बीच) जह बिन्दी या तिलक लगाते हैं, वहाँ पर गुरुदेव के चित्र का स्मरण करें।</li>

<li>ध्यान के दौरान शरीर को पूरी तरह से ढीला छोड दें, आँखें बन्द रखें, चित्र ध्यान में आये या न आये उसकी चिन्ता न करें। मन में आने वाले विचारों की चिन्ता न करते हुए मानसिक जाप करते रहें।</li>
<li>ध्यान के दौरान कम्पन, झुकने, लेटने, रोने, हंसने, तेज रोशनी या रंग दिखाई देने या अन्य कोई आसन, बंध, मुद्रा या प्राणायाम की स्थिति बन सकती है, इससे घबरायें नहीं, इन्हें रोकने का प्रयास न करें। यह मातृशक्ति कुण्डलिनी शारीरिक रोगों को ठीक करने के लिये करवाती है।</li>
<li>समय पूरा होने के बाद आप ध्यान की स्थिति से सामान्य स्थिति में आ जायेंगे।</li>

योगिक क्रियायें या अनुभूतियां न होने पर भी इसे बन्द न करें। रोजाना सुबह-शाम  ध्यान करने से कुछ ही दिन बाद अनुभूतियां होना प्रारम्भ हो जायेंगी।</div>

<span style="font-size: large;">A few months ago I watched a video on youtube of this master/guru giving a skaktipat initiation with a mantra phrase that was to be repeated after the initiation. I did not think much of it and thought it was not going to do much. After watching the video and receiving the mantra and initiation to my utter amazement i felt like some kind of energy was coursing through my spine. It completely took me by surprise. On the website of this guru it was stated that after you are initiation you should visualize the guru's picture and chant the mantra silently. On the website it also stated that after you receive initiation when the kundalini starts to get activated you body will start performing all kinds of yogic postures and breathing exercises by itself. So after I received the initiation I sat down to meditate and started repeating the mantra and immediately I felt like my body wanted to move. To my utter amazement and disbelief my body started to move and perform yogic postures one after the other. The postures my body was doing were so unique that I had never seen them in any book or movie anywhere. This lasted for about 1 hour straight without stopping. It felt like I was in a meditative state and my body was like a doll being moved into different postures with incredible precision. After the mediation I felt very peaceful and centered. It was like a natural high, it was one of the most incredible and amazing things that has happened in my entire life. I also decided to let my mother watch the videos and she experienced the exact same thing, so it was not just me. She was equally astounded and could not understand how this was even possible. When we started talk afterwards and to compare the postures we noticed that the routines that were performed were very different. So it seems that the kundalini knows each person's body and what needs to be done to achieve optimal results. I have been doing this form of yoga for the past several months now and over time the exercises have shifted from physical postures to very heavy breathing exercises and breath retention with all kinds of abdominal and chin locks and many mudras (hand gestures). The sheer variety and combinations of these involuntary yogic movements has left me absolutely speechless and in absolute awe. I was a big skeptic of these spiritual masters/gurus. I always thought most of them were con-men, but this guru really changed all that.</span><br />

RAJKOT: Spiritual Guru Ram Lal Siyag, founder of Jodhpur-based spiritual organisation Adhyatam Vigyan Satsang Kendra (AVSK), claimed that through 'Sidhha Yoga' can cure incurable diseases such as HIV AIDS.<br />
The spiritual leader of AVSK has claimed to have cured hundreds of persons through this therapy.<br />
Speaking here, the spiritual Guru Ram Lal claims to take a person to the highest evolutionary state to treat incurable diseases like hepatitis, hemophilia, cancer and even leukemia.<br />
The word 'Sidhha' means that which is empowered. Guru Ram Lalji Siyag, through years of 'tapasya' and 'sadhana' (concentration and practice) has become the master of certain 'Siddhis' (powers) that make him a 'Sidhha Guru'.<br />
He said that the practice of 'Siddha Yoga' involves meditation and chanting of 'mantra' given by him during 'Diksha' or initiation programme.<br />
Spiritual Guru Ram Lal has a record of patients cured through meditation technique. He has cured hundreds of people with incurable disease in the last 16 years free of cost.<br />
Guru Siyag has proved in a number of cases that the practical application of 'yoga' can indeed heal and even cure chronic ailments such as arthritis and diabetes and terminal diseases such as cancer and HIV AIDS.<br />
Countless patients who have given up other types of medicines, have not only survived and regained good health but are also leading normal lives after practicing ''Sidhha Yoga'', he claimed.<br />

How does Siddha Yoga work?

                  मनुष्यों में होने वाली बीमारियों को आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान ने 
                  दो श्रेणियों में बाँटा है (१) शारीरिक (२) मानसिक, इनकी 
                  चिकित्सा आन्तरिक औषधियों एवं औषधीय लेपों द्वारा की जाती 
है।<br />
             
                  प्राचीन भारतीय ऋषियों ने ध्यान के द्वारा जीवन के रहस्यों की 
                  गहराई तक छानबीन की और यह पाया कि बीमारियों का कारण केवल 
                  कीटाणुओं अथवा विषाणुओं के सम्फ में आना ही नहीं है बल्कि 
                  अधिकांश मनुष्यों में पीडा व सन्ताप का कारण पूर्व जन्म में उनके 
                  द्वारा किये गये कर्मों का फल भी है। प्रत्येक कर्म चाहे वह 
                  अच्छा हो या बुरा, उसका परिणाम भोगना पडता है, चाहे वह इसी जन्म 
                  में मिले या फिर आगामी जन्म में। चूँकि प्रत्येक मनुष्य, जीवन 
                  तथा मृत्यु के कभी समाप्त न होने वाले चक्र में फँसा हुआ है, 
                  मनुष्य की बीमारियाँ व भोग तथा जीवन का उत्थान-पतन अनवरत रूप से 
                  चलता रहता है।<br />
             
                  आधुनिक विज्ञान मृत्यु के बाद जीवन की निरन्तरता को स्वीकार नहीं 
                  करता। इसी कारण वह बीमारियों के भौतिक हल ढूँढता है और अन्ततः 
                  स्थायी चिकित्सा में असमर्थ रहता है। अगर विज्ञान एक बीमारी का 
                  हल खोजता है तो दूसरी अधिक जटिल बीमारियाँ मनुष्यों में कभी-कभी 
                  उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं। इसका कारण है, इस विश्वास से इनकार करना कि 
                  इस समस्या की जड मनुष्य के भौतिक जीवन से बहुत दूर की बात 
है।<br />
            
                  भारतीय योगियों ने पाया कि शारीरिक तथा मानसिक बीमारियों के 
                  अलावा आध्यात्मिक बीमारियाँ भी होती हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में कर्म 
                  का आध्यात्मिक नियम, पूर्व जन्म के कर्म इस जन्म की बीमारियों 
                  तथा दुखों के कारण हैं जो मनुष्य को जन्म जन्मान्तर तक कभी 
                  समाप्त न होने वाले चक्र में बांधे रखते हैं।<br />
पातंजलि ऋषि ने अपनी पुस्तक ‘योग सूत्र‘ में बीमारियों का 
                  वर्गीकरण तीन श्रेणियों में किया हैः-<br />
१-शारीरिक (आदि दैहिक)<br />
२-मानसिक (आदि भौतिक)<br />
३-आध्यात्मिक (आदि दैविक)<br />
           
                  आध्यात्मिक बीमारी के लिये आध्यात्मिक इलाज की आवश्यकता होती है। 
                  साधक की आध्यात्मिक बीमारियों का आध्यात्मिक इलाज, योग के नियमित 
                  अभ्यास द्वारा केवल आध्यात्मिक गुरू, जैसे गुरू सियाग की मदद 
                  द्वारा ही सम्भव हो सकता है। एक शिष्य केवल गुरू की सहायता से ही 
                  पूर्व जन्मों के कर्म बन्धनों को काटकर अपने जीवन के सही 
                  उद्देश्य, आत्मसाक्षात्कार द्वारा बीमारियों तथा दःुखों से 
                  छुटकारा पा सकता है।<br />
गुरू सियाग ने अनेक केसैज में यह सिद्ध किया है कि सिद्धयोग 
                  का नियमित अभ्यास लम्बे समय से चली आ रही बीमारियों जैसे गठिया व 
                  डायबिटीज (शक्क्र की बीमारी) तथा अन्य घातक रोगों जैसे कैन्सर व 
                  एड्स/एच.आई.वी. में न सिर्फ आराम ही पहुँचा सकता है बल्कि उन्हें 
                  ठीक भी कर सकता है। अनगिनत मरीज, जिनका चिकित्सकों के पास कोई 
                  इलाज नहीं था, और मरने के लिये छोड दिये गये थे, उन्होंने 
                  सिद्धयोग को अन्तिम विकल्प के रूप में अपनाया और गुरुदेव से 
                  आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया तथा दीक्षा ली, वह न सिर्फ जीवित और पूर्ण 
                  स्वस्थ हैं बल्कि लगभग अपना सामान्य जीवन भी जी रहे हैं। आधुनिक 
                  चिकित्सा विज्ञान जहाँ किसी बीमारी में लाभ पहुँचाने या उसे ठीक 
                  करने में असमर्थ रहता है वहाँ योग सफलतापूर्वक उसे ठीक करता है। 
                  अतः यह आश्चर्यजनक नहीं है कि अधिकांश मरीज हर प्रकार की 
                  चिकित्सा पद्धति अपनाने के बाद भी कोई लाभ न मिलने से एवं जिनके 
                  जीवित रहने की आशा समाप्त हो चुकी है, सामान्यतः वह गुरू सियाग 
                  के पास मदद के लिये आते हैं। जोधपुर (राजस्थान-भारत) निवासी 
                  भंवरलाल जाट एड्स की अन्तिम अवस्था तक पहुँचा हुआ एक ऐसा ही केस 
                  था। चिकित्सालय में जह उसका इलाज चल रहा था उसके नजदीकी 
                  रिश्तेदारों से डॅाक्टरों ने यह कहकर कि भंवरलाल अब मृत्यु के 
                  अन्तिम छोर पर पहुँच चुका है, इसे घर ले जाओ, चिकित्सालय से 
                  डिस्चार्ज कर दिया था। एक अक्टूबर २००२ के दोपहर बाद स्ट्रेचर पर 
                  लादकर ऐसी हालत में भंवरलाल को गुरू सियाग के पास लाया गया । वह 
                  न तो बोल सकता था और न अपने हाथ पैर ही हिला सकता था। जब गुरू 
                  सियाग ने पूछा कि क्या वह सुन सकता है। तो उसने बडी कठिनाई से 
                  पलकों को झपकाकर सकारात्मक संकेत किया। गुरू सियाग ने तब भंवरलाल 
                  को दिव्य शब्द दिया और उसे चुपचाप निरन्तर मानसिक जाप करने के 
                  लिये कहा। जीवित रहने की प्रबल इच्छा से भंवरलाल ने वैसा ही किया 
                  जैसा करने के लिये उससे कहा गया था। उसके चारों ओर के लोग पूरी 
                  तरह से आश्चर्यचकित रह गये जब उन्होंने देखा कि एक सप्ताह के 
                  अन्दर ही भंवरलाल के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार के स्पष्ट लक्षण दिखाई 
                  पडने लगे। उसका बाद में वजन बढ गया और पूर्ववत पूर्ण स्वस्थ हो 
                  गया। तब से वह अपना सामान्य जीवन व्यतीत कर रहा है। यद्यपि उसके 
                  पास एच. आई. वी. निगेटिव का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है। एड्स से 
                  भंवरलाल का आश्चर्यजनक सुधार व उसके प्रत्यक्ष रूप से स्वस्थ 
                  होने के लक्षणों के बावजूद आज स्थानीय चिकित्सा बिरादरी उसके केस 
                  को आगे लाने से मना करती है क्योंकि एक बीमारी की आध्यात्मिक 
                  चिकित्सा का विचार विकसित पश्चिम के चिकित्सकों के गले अभी तक 
                  नहीं उतर सका है।<br />
बीकानेर (राजस्थान) निवासी,श्रीमती सुशीला का ल्यूकीमिया(ब्लड 
                  कैंसर) का केस भी इसी प्रकार का था। अप्रैल २००० में उनके सफेद 
                  रक्तकणों का स्तर खतरनाक स्थिति तक पहुँच गया। उनके मित्रों ने 
                  उन्हें गुरू सियाग के बारे में बतलाया, अतः उन्होंने अन्तिम 
                  विकल्प के रूप में इसे चुना। मई २००० में श्रीमती सुशीला ने गुरू 
                  सियाग से दीक्षा ली। गुरुदेव सियाग से दीक्षा लेने के ९ दिन बाद 
                  ही श्रीमती सुशीला के आश्चर्यजनक सुधार हुआ। सिद्ध योग का अभ्यास 
                  करने के २ माह के अन्दर ही श्रीमती सुशीला के सफेद रक्तकणों की 
                  संख्या सामान्य हो गई।<br />
जैसे ही श्री भंवरलाल तथा श्रीमती सुशीला देवी के आश्चर्यजनक 
                  रूप से ठीक होने की बात देश में चारों ओर फैली, ए्ड्स/एच. आई. 
                  वी. तथा कैन्सर से पीडत मरीज जिन्दा रहने की प्रबल इच्छा लिये 
                  दैवीय मदद हेतु गुरू सियाग के आश्रम में पहुँचने लगे। घातक तथा 
                  लम्बे समय से चली आ रही बीमारियों से ठीक हुए अनेक लोगों के 
                  रिकार्ड को गुरू सियाग ने संकलित करा रखा है ( मरीजों की पहचान 
                  छिपाने के कारण चिकित्सा व प्रयोगशाला के रिकार्ड्स आम 
                  व्यक्तियों के देखने के लिये उपलब्ध नहीं है फिर भी इन रिपोर्ट्स 
                  के लिये प्रार्थना किये जाने पर उन्हें उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है। 
                  अगर आप चाहते हैं कि यह रिपोट्र्स आपको उपलब्ध कराई जावें तो आप 
                  गुरू सियाग को ईमेल या फोन द्वारा प्रार्थना कर सकते हैं। लेकिन

<strong>असाध्य रोगों का ठीक होना</strong><br />
निरन्तर जाप एवं ध्यान के दौरान लगने वाली खेचरी मुद्रा में 
                  साधक की जीभ स्वतः उलटकर तालू से चिपक जाती है, जिसके कारण 
                  सहस्त्रार से निरन्तर टपकने वाला दिव्य रस (अमृत) साधक के शरीर 
                  में पहुचकर साधक की रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति को अद्भुत रूप से बढा 
                  देता है, जिससे साधक को असाध्य रोगों जैसे एड्स, कैन्सर, गठिया 
                  एवं अन्य प्राणघातक रोगों से पूर्ण मुक्ति मिल जाती है। महायोगी 
                  गोरखनाथ जी ने कहा है कि -<br />

<strong>नाम खुमारी अथवा दिव्य आनन्द</strong><br />
आज सम्पूर्ण विश्व में भयंकर तनाव व्याप्त है। अतः आज विश्व 
                  में मनोरोगियों की संख्या सर्वाधिक है, खासतौर से पश्चिमी जगत 
                  में। भौतिक विज्ञान के पास मानसिक तनाव शान्त करने की कोई कारगर 
                  विधि नहीं है। भैतिक विज्ञानी मात्र नशे के सहारे, मानव के दिमाग 
                  को शान्त करने का असफल प्रयास कर रहे ह। दवाई का नशा उतरते ही 
                  तनाव पहले जैसा ही रहता है, तथा उससे सम्बन्धित रोग यथावत रहते 
                  हैं।<br />
वैदिक मनोविज्ञान अर्थात अध्यात्म विज्ञान, मानसिक तनाव को 
                  शान्त करने की क्रियात्मक विधि बताता है। भौतिक विज्ञान की तरह 
                  भारतीय योगदर्शन भी “नशे” को पूर्ण उपचार मानता है, परन्तु वह 
                  “नशा” ईश्वर के नाम का होना चाहिये, किसी भौतिक पदार्थ का नहीं। 
                  हमारे सन्तों ने इसे हरि नाम की खुमारी कहा है। इस सम्बन्ध में 
                  संत सदगुरुदेव श्री नानक देव जी महाराज ने फरमाया हैः<br />

गीता में भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने “योगी” की स्थिति का वर्णन करते 
                  हुए, पांचवे अध्याय के २१ वें श्लोक में नाम खुमारी को 
                  “अक्षय-आनन्द” कहा है, तथा छठे अध्याय के १५,२१,२७ व २८वें श्लोक 
                  में इसे परमानन्द पराकाष्ठावाली शान्ति, इन्द्रीयातीत आनन्द, 
                  अति-उत्तम आनन्द तथा परमात्मा की प्राप्ति रूप अनन्त आनन्द कहा 
                  है। इस युग का मानव भौतिक सुख को ही आनन्द मानता है, यह भारी भूल 
                  है<br />
<strong>गुरू के प्रति पूर्ण निष्ठा व भक्ति आवश्यक 
                  </strong><br />
आरम्भ करने वाले इस बात को लेकर चिन्त्तित होते हैं कि किस 
                  प्रकार प्रयास कर जाप किया जाय लेकिन कुछ दिनों तक ही 
                  निष्ठापूर्वक लगातार प्रयास की आवश्यकता होती है। जब कुछ दिनों 
                  तक लगातार मंत्र का जाप किया जाता है तो यह स्वतः ही जपा जाने 
                  लगता है फिर भी यह इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि कितनी निष्ठा, 
                  ईमानदारी और लगन के साथ प्रयास किया गया है। साधक को यह सख्त 
                  हिदायत दी जाती है कि यदि उनकी प्रगति धीमी हो तो भ वह इसे छोडंे 
                  नहीं, अन्त्ततः वह इसे प्राप्त कर लेंगे। <br />
जो भी इसमें रूचि रखता है उसके लिये सिद्धयोग का अभ्यास करना 
                  बहुत सरल है। योग के बारे में पूर्व जानकारी या अनुभव आवश्यक 
                  नहीं है और न ही कोई खास उपकरणों, सहायता अथवा ड्रेस विशेष की 
                  आवश्यकता होती है। योग प्रशिक्षक की उपस्थिति भी आवश्यक नहीं 
                  होती। किसी रस्मो-रिवाज की भी जरूरत नहीं होती। सिद्धयोग के साधक 
                  को अपना धार्मिक विश्वास छोडने या जीवन पद्धति में बदलाव लाने या 
                  खानपान में परिवर्तन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती। अच्छा 
                  स्वास्थ्य तथा आध्यात्मिक प्रगति के लिये साधक को सिर्फ गुरू 
                  सियाग के प्रति पूर्ण निष्ठा एवं भक्ति की जरूरत होती 
                  है।<br />

                                मंत्र-7। अर्थात- योग के बिना विद्वान का भी कोई 
                                यज्ञकर्म सिद्ध नहीं होता। वह योग क्या है? योग 
                                चित्तवृत्तियों का निरोध है, वह कर्तव्य कर्ममात्र 
                                में व्याप्त है।<br />

स घा नो 
                                योग आभुवत् स राये स पुरं ध्याम। गमद् वाजेभिरा स 
                                न:।।- ऋ. 1-5-3 अर्थात वही परमात्मा हमारी समाधि 
                                के निमित्त अभिमुख हो, उसकी दया से समाधि, विवेक, 
                                ख्याति तथा ऋतम्भरा प्रज्ञा का हमें लाभ हो, अपितु 
                                वही परमात्मा अणिमा आदि सिद्धियों के सहित हमारी 
                                ओर आगमन करे।<br />

उपनिषद 
                                में इसके पर्याप्त प्रमाण उपलब्ध हैं। कठोपनिषद 
                                में इसके लक्षण को बताया गया है- ''तां 
                                योगमित्तिमन्यन्ते स्थिरोमिन्द्रिय

योगाभ्यास 
                                का प्रामाणिक चित्रण लगभग 3000 ई.पू. सिन्धु घाटी 
                                सभ्यता के समय की मोहरों और मूर्तियों में मिलता 
                                है। योग का प्रामाणिक ग्रंथ 'योगसूत्र' 200 ई.पू. 
                                योग पर लिखा गया पहला सुव्यवस्थित ग्रंथ 
                                है।<br />
<br />
हिंदू, 
                                जैन और बौद्ध धर्म में योग का अलग-अलग तरीके से 
                                वर्गीकरण किया गया है। इन सबका मूल वेद और उपनिषद 
                                ही रहा है।<br />
<br />
वैदिक 
                                काल में यज्ञ और योग का बहुत महत्व था। इसके लिए 
                                उन्होंने चार आश्रमों की ‍व्यवस्था निर्मित की थी। 
                                ब्रह्मचर्य आश्रम में वेदों की शिक्षा के साथ ही 
                                शस्त्र और योग की शिक्षा भी दी जाती थी। ऋग्वेद को 
                                1500 ई.पू. से 1000 ई.पू. के बीच लिखा गया माना 
                                जाता है। इससे पूर्व वेदों को कंठस्थ कराकर हजारों 
                                वर्षों तक स्मृति के आधार पर संरक्षित रखा 
                                गया।<br />
<br />
भारतीय 
                                दर्शन के मान्यता के अनुसार वेदों को अपौरुषेय 
                                माना गया है अर्थात वेद परमात्मा की वाणी हैं तथा 
                                इन्हें करीब दो अरब वर्ष पुराना माना गया है। इनकी 
                                प्राचीनता के बारे में अन्य मत भी हैं। ओशो रजनीश 
                                ऋग्वेद को करीब 90 हजार वर्ष पुराना मानते 
                                हैं।<br />

                                से 
                                200 ई.पू. योग के तीन अंग तप, स्वाध्याय और ईश्वर 
                                प्राणिधान का प्रचलन था। इसे क्रिया योग कहा जाता 
                                है।<br />

जैन और 
                                बौद्ध जागरण और उत्थान काल के दौर में यम और नियम 
                                के अंगों पर जोर दिया जाने लगा। यम और नियम अर्थात 
                                अहिंसा, सत्य, ब्रह्मचर्य, अस्तेय, अपरिग्रह, शौच, 
                                संतोष, तप और स्वाध्याय का प्रचलन ही अधिक रहा। 
                                यहाँ तक योग को सुव्यवस्थित रूप नहीं दिया गया 
                                था।<br />
<br />
पहली दफा 
                                200 ई.पू. पातंजलि ने वेद में बिखरी योग विद्या का 
                                सही-सही रूप में वर्गीकरण किया। पातंजलि के बाद 
                                योग का प्रचलन बढ़ा और यौगिक संस्थानों, पीठों तथा 
                                आश्रमों का निर्माण होने लगा, जिसमें सिर्फ राजयोग 
                                की शिक्षा-दीक्षा दी जाती थी।<br />

भगवान 
                                शंकर के बाद वैदिक ऋषि-मुनियों से ही योग का 
                                प्रारम्भ माना जाता है। बाद में कृष्ण, महावीर और 
                                बुद्ध ने इसे अपनी तरह से विस्तार दिया। इसके 
                                पश्चात पातंजलि ने इसे सुव्यवस्थित रूप दिया। इस 
                                रूप को ही आगे चलकर सिद्धपंथ, शैवपंथ, नाथपंथ 
                                वैष्णव और शाक्त पंथियों ने अपने-अपने तरीके से 
                                विस्तार दिया।<br />
<br />
योग 
                                परम्परा और शास्त्रों का विस्तृत इतिहास रहा है। 
                                हालाँकि इसका इतिहास दफन हो गया है अफगानिस्तान और 
                                हिमालय की गुफाओं में और तमिलनाडु तथा असम सहित 
                                बर्मा के जंगलों की कंदराओं में।<br />
<br />
जिस तरह 
                                राम के निशान इस भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में जगह-जगह 
                                बिखरे पड़े है उसी तरह योगियों और तपस्वियों के 
                                निशान जंगलों, पहाड़ों और गुफाओं में आज भी देखे 
                                जा सकते है। बस जरूरत है भारत के उस स्वर्णिम 
                                इतिहास को खोज निकालने की जिस पर हमें गर्व 
                                है।<br />
