without moving lips or tongue. As the Seeker continues to imagine this Photo
image of Guru Siyag along with mental chanting of the divine word given by Guru
Siyag, with closed eyes, he goes into the state of spiritual meditation, and
during this state of spiritual meditation his body undergoes automatic Yogic
body movements without any physical or mental effort from the Seeker's side.
The Seeker cannot interfere in these body movements, nor can he stop this.
These body movements stop automatically on completion of the time period

सिद्धयोग, योग के दर्शन पर आधारित है जो कई हजार वर्ष पूर्व प्राचीन ऋषि मत्स्येन्द्रनाथ जी ने प्रतिपादित  
किया तथा एक अन्य ऋषि पातंजलि ने इसे लिपिबद्ध कर नियम बनाये जो ‘योगसूत्र‘ के नाम से जाने जाते हैं। 
 पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार मत्स्येन्द्रनाथ जी पहले व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने इस योग को हिमालय में कैलाश पर्वत 
 पर निवास करने वाले शास्वत सर्वोच्च चेतना के साकार रूप भगवान शिव से सीखा था। ऋषि को, इस ज्ञान  
को मानवता के मोक्ष हेतु प्रदान करने के लिये कहा गया था। ज्ञान तथा विद्वता से युक्त यह योग गुरू शिष्य 
 परम्परा में समय-समय पर दिया जाता रहा है।</div>
