What is Automatic Yoga or Spontaneous Yoga?

Today, let's discuss Automatic Yoga or Sponteneous Yoga.

So what is this Automatic Yoga or Spontenous Yoga?

When we hear the term Yoga, the picture that comes to our mind is that of Yoga Postures, or Breathing Exercises called Pranayam, or Meditation. So Yoga is all of these. If you are engaged in any of these yoga elements you will go to a Yoga teacher, or watch a video of these and follow the instructions. Your Yoga teacher will decide which Yoga postures are best for you, or you will pick and choose from the multitude of Yoga Postures, or Breathing Exercises, or Meditation Techniques and practice them as per the instructions.

Situation is totally different when practice when you practice Guru Siyag's Siddha Yoga (GSSY). Here you get a Mantra by watching an online video of Guru Siyag. There after all you do is menatally repeat that mantra and Meditate two times a day as per the instructions provided.

During meditation you may experience Yoga Postures, Yoga Movements, Breathing Exercises called Pranayam, Deep Meditative states. You might hear sounds called Naad, or see visions, see lights of various colors. All these will happen on their own accord, with no willfull interference from your side. All these are known as Automatic Yoga or Spontaneous Yoga. Only that Yoga will happpen which is needed for you.

This might be hard for you to beleive, yet this is hundred percent true. If you are already practicing Guru Siyag's Siddha Yoga, you might have already experienced these.

I invite you experience this powerful, mystical, healing yoga. Just follow the following three easy steps:

2. Meditate every day two times or more for 15-30 minutes. Method of meditation is as follows:


3. You silently chant the mantra as much as possible throughout your waking hours. This will heal the cancer at super fast speed. 

Wasn't that easy. Meditate at least two times a day every day. Don't forget to silently chant the Mantra throughout the day as much as possible to receive magical healing benefits.
