So Yoga is all of these. If you are engaged in any of these yoga elements you will go to a Yoga teacher, or watch a video of these and follow the instructions. Your Yoga teacher will decide which Yoga postures are best for you, or you will pick and choose from the multitude of Yoga Postures, or Breathing Exercises, or Meditation Techniques and practice them as per the instructions.</span></div>
