जैसे ही गुरुदेव से ध्यान के लिए प्रार्थना की, आँखें अपने आप बन्द हो गई, पलक झपकते ही ध्यान लग गया, वही रोजाना की शारीरिक कसरत,प्रणायाम,आसान बगैरह ये सब होने के बाद आज्ञा चक्र पर  दूधिया प्रकाश हो गया और वो फैलता गया गहरा होता गया, फिर छोटे से बिंदु रूप में आ गया(लगभग अखरोट के बराबर, जिसमें बीच में काला और चारों तरफ सफेद प्रकाश), और चारों तरफ का प्रकाश clock wise घूमता हुआ आज्ञा चक्र से ऊपर उठता गया, फिर दूसरा रंग आया आज्ञा चक्र पर सुनहरा, वो भी clock wise घूमा और ऊपर उठता चला गया, फिर पीच कलर, फिर बैंगनी, फिर नीला ये सब रंग क्रमबद्ध तरीके से आये और सब आज्ञा चक्र से ऊपर गए, सबकी clock wise घूमने की गति और ऊपर उठने की गति अलग अलग थी, नाम जप लगातार चल रहा था, एक दिव्य आनन्द की अनुभूति थी, काफी अच्छा और गहरा ध्यान लगा था, आनंद आ गया<br />
