साधक का अर्थ है : जो अब सिर्फ सुनना नहीं चाहता, समझना नहीं चाहता, बल्कि प्रयोग भी करना चाहता है; प्रयोग साधक का आधार है |<br />

अब वह कुछ करके देखना चाहता है | अब उसकी उत्सुकता नया रूप लेती है, कृत्य बनती है | अब वह ध्यान के सम्बन्ध में बात ही नहीं करता, ध्यान करना शुरू करता है | क्योंकि बात से क्या होगा, बात में से तो बात निकलती रहती है | बात तो बात ही है, पानी का बबूला है, कोरी गर्म हवा है -- कुछ करें | जीवन रूपांतरित हो कुछ, कुछ अनुभव में आये |<br />

सिद्धयोग, योग के दर्शन पर आधारित है जो कई हजार वर्ष पूर्व प्राचीन ऋषि मत्स्येन्द्रनाथ जी ने प्रतिपादित किया तथा एक अन्य ऋषि पातंजलि ने इसे लिपिबद्ध कर नियम बनाये जो ‘योगसूत्र‘ के नाम से जाने जाते हैं। पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार मत्स्येन्द्रनाथ जी पहले व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने इस योग को हिमालय में कैलाश पर्वत पर निवास करने वाले शास्वत सर्वोच्च चेतना के साकार रूप भगवान शिव से सीखा था। ऋषि को, इस ज्ञान को मानवता के मोक्ष हेतु प्रदान करने के लिये कहा गया था। ज्ञान तथा विद्वता से युक्त यह योग गुरू शिष्य परम्परा में समय-समय पर दिया जाता रहा है।<br />

गुरुदेव द्वारा प्रदत्त आराधना पथ अतयंत सरल आडम्बर और कर्मकांडो से रहित हे। नाम (संजीवनी मंत्र) बहुत छोटा है । कम पढ़े लिखे साधक भी आसानी से याद कर सकते हे। जबकि कई अन्य अराधनाओ में मंत्र जटिल एवं लंबे होते हे। मंत्र जपते समय किसी भी कर्मकांड की जरुरत नहीं है। कही पर भी कभी भी जप सकते हे। ध्यान कही भी बैठ कर किया जा सकता है । किसी प्रकार के तिलक छापे 'विशेष रंग के वस्त्र पहनने ' रंग विशेष का आसन बिछाने की जरुरत नहीं होती है। जैसा की अन्य अराधनाओ में होता है।<br />

अन्य अराधनाओ में आराधना का परिणाम कब मिलेगा कोई गारंटी नहीं है। गुरुदेव द्वारा प्रदत्त सिद्धयोग में परिणाम समर्पित साधक को मात्र 15 मिनट में गुरुदेव की तस्वीर का ध्यान करने के दौरान प्राप्त हो जाता है। कई दूसरी अराधनाओ में साधक की जेब सबसे पहले खाली होती है। जबकि इस आराधना में जेब भर जाती है। लोगो के नशे छूट जाते है पैसा बचता है ,बीमारिया ठीक हो जाती हे,पैसा बचता है । गुरुदेव ने मंत्र cd में अपने उपदेशो में फ़रमाया है की :-" आपको किस काम में फायदा है किस कम में घाटा है ये आपको पहले ही दिख जायेगा तो आप जीवन में कभी फेल्योर (असफल) नहीं होंगे " साधक का व्यवहार बोलने का लहजा खान पान रहन सहन धीरे धीरे सात्विक होने लगता है। व्यसन और व्यसनी लोग साधक से स्वतः ही दूर हो जाते है।<br />

इतनी सरल आराधना को अगर कलयुग मै बार बार बताने के बाद भी कोई धारण नहीं कर पाता है तो यह उस व्यक्ति को उसके हाल पर छोड़ देना चाहिए।</div>
