Guru Siyag Meditation and Yoga

What is Kundalini Shakti?
Kundalini Shakti is a term used in Indian yoga philosophy, referring to the divine power that resides in the human body in the form of a coiled serpent, located at the base of the spine. It rises through the seven chakras of the body, and reaching the crown of the head, leading to spiritual enlightenment.

It is a divine power that resides in the human body in the form of a coiled serpent, located at the base of the spine. When awakened, Kundalini rises through the seven chakras of the body, and reaches the crown of the head, leading to spiritual enlightenment. The process of awakening Kundalini is achieved through a specific practice under the guidance of a competent teacher, and it is believed to lead to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The Siddhayoga Dhyana technique helps in the awakening of the Kundalini energy and can lead to the attainment of spiritual enlightenment.
Awakening Kundalini energyIt is believed to lead to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The process of awakening Kundalini is achieved through Shaktipat diksha, which is the transmission of spiritual energy from the guru to the disciple, and it rises up through the six chakras until it reaches the Sahasrara chakra. Complete freedom from physical and mental illnesses, enhanced inner knowledge and abilities.
Yogic Practices for Physical healthThe practice of Kundalini yoga can bring about complete physical and mental well-being. The yogic techniques are focused on the particular part of the body that is weak or sick, and the Kundalini energy is directed to heal that part. Through this process, the entire body is rejuvenated, and the practitioner becomes healthy and strong.
Spiritual EnlightenmentThe awakening of the Kundalini energy leads to the attainment of spiritual enlightenment. The Siddhayoga Dhyana technique helps in the awakening of the Kundalini energy and can lead to the attainment of spiritual enlightenment.
Effect of awakening Kundalini energyAwakening Kundalini energy can cause spontaneous yogic practices, physical movements, and divine power that works through Guru Siyag’s spiritual powers knows what special postures are necessary to free the practitioner from physical and mental illnesses. Practitioners gain enhanced inner knowledge and the ability to experience various levels of existence beyond the physical world.
Solution to World PeaceThe path of “Siddha Yoga” described in Indian Yoga philosophy can provide a solution to all obstacles in the path of world peace.
Yogic treatment of diseasesThe yogic treatment of diseases is classified into three categories in Patanjali’s book Yoga Sutra: physical, mental, and spiritual.
Getting cured of DiseasesDuring continuous chanting and meditation, the tongue of the practitioner sticks to the palate in a posture called Khechari mudra, which causes the divine nectar (amrita) to drip continuously from the Sahasrara and stick to the practitioner’s throat. This boosts the practitioner’s immune system in an amazing way, giving them complete freedom from incurable diseases such as AIDS, cancer, arthritis, and other life-threatening illnesses.
Curing of DiseasesThrough the Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga meditation technique, when the Kundalini energy is awakened, the practitioner experiences different types of yoga activities. This leads to the beginning of the healing of all types of diseases in the body.
During meditation, yogic practices are focused only on the affected body part that is causing pain or discomfort. For example, if someone is experiencing pain in their hand or neck, yogic movements during meditation would focus on those areas. After a few days, when the affected part of the body is healed, the yogic practices stop automatically.
In cases of diseases like AIDS, which affect the entire body, a practitioner can feel internal movements like heat, vibration, waves, electricity, and so on during meditation.
Regular meditation according to Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga increases the body’s resistance to diseases.
Awakened Kundalini Shakti acts as a protective wall for a practitioner against various types of diseases, preventing them from reoccurring.
Freedom from AddictionFreedom from all types of addictions such as alcohol, opium, smack, heroin, cannabis, bidi, cigarette, gutka, jarda, etc. without any trouble.

Dependence on any kind of food item will also disappear on its own without any side effects. Just like nobody wants obesity, but the habit of eating (actually the demand of the body) does not go away, so this meditation and focus will help in losing weight on its own. Eating and drinking will start to be under control on its own.

Any addiction that you want to quit will be overcome with this meditation method.
Freedom from StressFreedom from mental illnesses such as fear, anxiety, insomnia, anger, stress, phobias, etc.

Mental stress or anxiety or anger can have various causes such as job, marriage, family problems, financial problems, office problems, etc. Regular meditation and mindfulness can help you in a few days.

Meditation can help you find solutions to your problems, which can reduce stress and anger. The solutions to the problems will come suddenly in the mind, or through someone, phone, book, or any other medium.

It eliminates psychological and emotional imbalances and makes the body fully healthy.
Other Benefits:During meditation, it is possible to directly see the events of the past and future along with complete knowledge of spirituality.

Awareness of future events during meditation helps in freeing the mind from mental stress.

Unprecedented increase in concentration and memory.

Meditation frees the practitioner from the bonds of their actions that keep them trapped in the cycle of birth and death.

Transformation of human life into a divine one due to the peaceful nature of the mind.

Guru Siyag’s Divine MantraThe power to establish a connection with different levels of consciousness is inherent in specific sounds or mantras. The guru teaches the disciple these mantras, and they are always kept secret. These mantras can be used for different purposes, including attaining strange abilities, causing violent vomiting, healing illnesses, and inducing the power of attraction. By making contact with corresponding energies, a person can establish a direct relationship with a specific power or divine force at a particular level of consciousness, for the purpose of helping them.
Human body and soul
The human body is the physical abode of the soul. Our ancient sages accepted the principle that whatever exists in the universe also exists within the human body. Addiction is a result of the realm of Maya (illusion), which exists from the Muladhara chakra to the Ajna chakra. The realm of the Supreme Brahman exists from the Ajna chakra to the Sahasrara chakra.

What Is Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga?

Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga is based on the philosophy of yoga which was propounded by the ancient sage Matsyendranath several thousand years ago and another sage Patanjali wrote it down and made rules which are known as ‘Yoga Sutras’. According to legend, Matsyendranathji was the first person to learn this yoga from Lord Shiva, the embodiment of the eternal Supreme Consciousness, who resides on Mount Kailash in the Himalayas. The sage was asked to impart this knowledge for the salvation of humanity. This yoga full of knowledge and scholarship has been passed down from time to time in the Guru-Shishya tradition.

“Siddhayoga” is a philosophy based on the teachings of the ancient sage Matsyendranath, who lived thousands of years ago, and was later recorded in the “Yoga Sutras” by another sage named Patanjali. According to mythology, Matsyendranath learned this yoga from Lord Shiva in the Himalayas, and was instructed to share this knowledge for the liberation of humanity. This yoga, which requires both knowledge and expertise, has been passed down through the guru-disciple tradition over time.

This Yoga (Siddha Yoga) is the gift of Yogis of Nathmat, it includes all types of Yoga like Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Laya Yoga, Bhava Yoga, Hatha Yoga etc. That’s why it is also called Purna Yoga or Maha Yoga, due to which the threefold heat of the seeker Adi physical (physical disease) Adi mental (mental disease) Adi divine (spiritual disease) are destroyed and the seeker becomes free from life-death cycle(defeating death) and can achieve Salvation in this life. Maharishi Arvind has given it the noun of earthly immortality (terrestrial immortality).

Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga, which is a type of yoga practiced by followers of Nath Sect. It includes all types of yoga, such as Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Laya Yoga, Bhava Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and more. Because of this, it is also called complete or great yoga. Practicing Siddha Yoga helps to eliminate physical, mental, and spiritual problems, and the practitioner becomes free from the cycle of birth and death. The term “Parthiv Amartva” is used by Maharishi Arvind to describe this state.

In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the eight limbs of yoga are described in the 21st verse of the Sadhana Pada, which are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. It is difficult to follow these practices through intellectual effort in this era, but in the guru-disciple tradition, the principle of awakening Kundalini through Shaktipat-diksha is followed.

The Sadguru activates the energy (Kundalini) of the practitioner, and the awakened Kundalini itself leads the practitioner through all the practices of the above eight limbs of yoga. This kind of yoga is called Siddha Yoga, and Shaktipat is only attainable through the grace of a powerful Sadguru, which is why it is called Siddha Yoga, while all other types of yoga are achieved through human effort.

What Is Kundalini Shakti?

“Kundalini Shakti” is a term used in Indian yoga philosophy, which refers to the divine power that resides in the human body in the form of a coiled serpent, located at the base of the spine. When awakened, Kundalini rises through the seven chakras (energy centers) of the body, and reaches the crown of the head, leading to spiritual enlightenment. The process of awakening Kundalini is achieved through a specific practice under the guidance of a competent teacher, and it is believed to lead to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

When the Kundalini energy is awakened, it rises upwards towards the Sahasrara chakra, which is located at the crown of the head, to unite with its master. The awakened Kundalini is under the complete control of a capable and realized guru, who guides and controls its speed. Through the process of Shaktipat diksha, which is the transmission of spiritual energy from the guru to the disciple, the Kundalini energy is awakened and rises up through the six chakras until it reaches the Sahasrara chakra.

The practice of Kundalini yoga can bring about complete physical and mental well-being. The yogic techniques are focused on the particular part of the body that is weak or sick, and the Kundalini energy is directed to heal that part. Through this process, the entire body is rejuvenated, and the practitioner becomes healthy and strong.

Ultimately, the awakening of the Kundalini energy leads to the attainment of spiritual enlightenment. The yogic practices help the practitioner to become free from physical and mental limitations and become spiritually prepared for the journey ahead. The Siddhayoga Dhyana technique helps in the awakening of the Kundalini energy and can lead to the attainment of spiritual enlightenment.

This makes the human body completely free of disease and prepares the practitioner with energy for further spiritual journey. During the practice of Siddhayoga meditation, the external symptoms that indicate the body becoming free of diseases include physical movements like shaking, trembling, bending, lying down, crying, laughing, rapid breathing, clapping, uncontrolled movements of the hands and body, flashing bright light or colors, or any other position, gesture, or breathing exercise.

The Yogic Practices That Occur Spontaneously.

The Effect Of Awakening Kundalini

The effect of awakening Kundalini through voluntary yogic practices. Sometimes, people get scared when starting these practices because they think something has gone wrong or they have been caught by an unseen power. However, this fear is baseless. These yogic practices or physical movements are determined by divine power and are different for each practitioner. This is because, at this time, the divine power that works through Guru Siyag’s spiritual powers knows what special postures are necessary to free the practitioner from physical and mental illnesses.

These practices do not cause any harm, and during body purification, complete freedom from all kinds of physical and mental illnesses, including incurable diseases such as hemophilia, is achieved. All kinds of addictions are also eliminated. The practitioner gains enhanced inner knowledge and the ability to experience various levels of existence beyond the physical world, and see the past and future until a certain time.

After self-realization, the practitioner can perceive truth, which frees them from karmic bonds and puts an end to their suffering. When Kundalini reaches the Sahasrara, the practitioner reaches this state, they feel a complete realization of being their own soul, which is called moksha. However, if a practitioner is too afraid of these actions, they can pray to Guru Siyag to stop them. If they pray, the actions will immediately stop.

The Solution To World Peace

Humanity in this era desires peace through physical science, but as science continues to develop, peace is becoming more and more elusive, while unrest is increasing rapidly. Since peace is related to the inner self, therefore, complete peace can only be established in the world based on the principles of Vedic psychology. There is no other way. The path of “Siddha Yoga” described in Indian Yoga philosophy can provide a solution to all obstacles in the path of world peace.

The Yogic Treatment Of Diseases

The yogic treatment of diseases is classified into three categories in Patanjali’s book Yoga Sutra: physical, mental, and spiritual. Spiritual diseases require spiritual treatment, which can only be achieved through the regular practice of yoga and with the help of a spiritual guru, such as Guru Siyag. Only a guru can help a disciple to break free from the karmic bondages of past lives and guide them towards the true purpose of life, self-realization, and liberation from diseases and suffering.

In other words, the spiritual rule of karma states that the past life’s actions lead to the diseases and sufferings in this life, and keep a person trapped in an unending cycle of birth and death. Using it only to cure diseases would neglect its main purpose, which is to free the practitioner from the bonds of their actions that keep them trapped in the cycle of birth and death.

Ancient Indian sages explored the depths of life’s mysteries through meditation and discovered that the cause of illnesses is not only due to microbes or viruses, but also the result of past actions (karma) performed in previous lives, which can cause pain and suffering for most people. Every action, whether good or bad, has consequences that one must face, either in this life or in a future one. Since every person is trapped in the never-ending cycle of birth and death, diseases, suffering, and the rise and fall of life continue to occur repeatedly.

Modern science does not accept the continuity of life after death. Therefore, it searches for physical solutions to illnesses and ultimately fails in providing permanent treatment. Even if science finds a solution to one disease, more complex diseases can arise in humans from time to time. This is because science denies the belief that the root of this problem lies far beyond human physical existence.

Getting Cured Of Diseases

During continuous chanting and meditation, the tongue of the practitioner sticks to the palate in a posture called Khechari mudra, which causes the divine nectar (amrita) to drip continuously from the Sahasrara and stick to the practitioner’s throat. This boosts the practitioner’s immune system in an amazing way, giving them complete freedom from incurable diseases such as AIDS, cancer, arthritis, and other life-threatening illnesses. The great yogi Gorakhnath Ji said that…

“Gagan mandal mein oondha-kua, tahan amrit ka vaasa.
Sagura hoi so bhari bhari peev, nigura jai pyaasa.”

Getting Rid Of Addiction

Name Of Intoxication Or Divine Bliss

Today, there is a terrible amount of stress in the entire world. Therefore, today the number of mentally ill people is the highest in the world, especially in the western world. Physical science does not have an effective method to calm mental stress. Behavioral scientists only try to calm the human mind through the help of drugs, but as soon as the drug’s influence wears off, the stress remains the same, and related diseases remain as before.

Vedic psychology, also known as spiritual science, suggests an active method to calm mental stress. Like physical science, Indian Yoga philosophy also considers “addiction” as a complete cure, but it should be in the name of God, not any physical substance. Our saints have called it the intoxication of Hari Naam (the name of God). In this regard, Sant Sadguru Dev Shri Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj said:

Bhang dhatura Nanaka utar jaye parbhat,
“Naam-khumari” Nanaka chadi rahe din raat.

This statement has been said by Saint Kabir Das:

“Naam-amal” utrai na bhai,

aur amal chin-chin chadh utrein,

“Naam-amal” din badhe savaayo.

In the Bhagavad Gita, in the 21st verse of the fifth chapter, Lord Shri Krishna describes the state of a “yogi” and refers to the state of “Nam Khumari” as “Akshay-Anand” (inexhaustible bliss). In the 15th, 21st, 27th, and 28th verses of the sixth chapter, it is described as the state of supreme bliss, transcending the senses, ultimate happiness, and the attainment of the divine. The mistake of considering physical pleasure as happiness is prevalent in this era.

Change Of Tendencies Or Habits And Getting Rid Of Bad Habits

In the same way, continuous repetition of a name and meditation also brings about a change in behavior. Humans fundamentally have three tendencies: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic. The tendency that predominates in a person determines their eating habits and behavior.

Through continuous repetition of a name, the tamasic tendencies become weaker first, and the other two tendencies develop gradually because they are naturally independent. In a few days, nature makes them so powerful that the tamasic tendencies cannot be re-established.

Finally, the sattvic tendency becomes predominant. As a person’s tendencies change, all the qualities of the suppressed tendency automatically come to an end. When the tendency changes, a person develops an aversion to the food associated with that tendency. Therefore, all kinds of bad habits are eliminated automatically, without any difficulty. Swami Vivekananda once said in America, “Man does not leave things, things leave him.”

Guru Siyag’s Divine Mantra

In all the religions of the world, despite their differences, there is one thing that everyone agrees on – that the creation of this universe was made possible by a divine word. The Bible also says that “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” That Word was with God in the beginning, and everything was made through that Word. Without that Word, nothing could have been made. Life was in that Word, and that life was the light of all people.

In his book “The Unprecedented Journey of Consciousness,” Shri Arvind writes that there is a secret knowledge present in India which is based on the different vibrations of sound and consciousness levels. For example, if we pronounce the sound ‘Om,’ we can feel that it surrounds the centers of the head, while the sound ‘Rang’ touches the navel center. Because each center of our consciousness has a direct relationship with a particular vibration, by reciting certain sounds or mantras, a person can establish a connection with those corresponding levels of consciousness.

This forms the basis of the spiritual discipline known as Tantra. Mantras are the fundamental or root sounds in which the power to establish a connection is inherent. Only the guru can teach the disciple these mantras, and they are always kept secret. There are many different types of mantras (there are millions of levels of consciousness), and they can be used for completely different purposes.

By combining certain specific sounds, humans can attain various strange abilities on lower levels of consciousness, often on the level of prana, by making contact with corresponding energies. These are mantras that can be lethal (causing violent vomiting within five minutes), strike accurately on any part of the body, on specific body parts, and also be mantras that heal illnesses, ignite fires, protect, or induce the power of attraction.

Such vibrational chemistry is the result of conscious use of only lower vibrations. But a higher magic that is achieved through behavior of vibrations, but on higher levels of consciousness – poetry, music, spiritual mantras of the Vedas and Upanishads, or all those mantras that a guru teaches his disciple to establish a direct relationship with a specific power or divine force at a particular level of consciousness, for the purpose of helping them – this is a higher magic. The power and experience are present in the sound itself – it is a sound that gives us insight into the ultimate reality.

Human Body Is The Physical Abode Of The Soul

Our ancient sages accepted the principle that whatever exists in the universe also exists within the human body. The world from the Muladhara chakra to the Ajna chakra is the realm of Maya (illusion), and the world from the Ajna chakra to the Sahasrara chakra is the realm of the Supreme Brahman.

The Vedic scriptures say that the human body is just the physical dwelling of the soul. The soul is covered by seven sheaths:

1) Annamaya kosha (the physical body sustained by food),

2) Pranamaya kosha (life force),

3) Manomaya kosha (mind, which is distinct from intellect),

4) Vijnanamaya kosha (intellect),

5) Anandamaya kosha (bliss, which is not related to the body or mind),

6) Chitmay kosha (spiritual intellect), and

7) Satmay kosha (the ultimate state that merges with the infinite).

The full development of all seven sheaths is essential for the complete spiritual development of a human being.

The first four sheaths have already developed consciousness in humanity, and the remaining three spiritual sheaths still need to be developed. Based on this, Sri Aurobindo predicted that “the future human race will possess a divine body.” Sri Aurobindo shared his experiences with his French collaborator and disciple, who was known as “The Mother,” during his meditation sessions.

During one’s state of concentration, they felt that ultimate development can only occur when worldly consciousness (which they have called Krishna’s superconscious power) manifests on earth.

The practitioner’s Kundalini becomes conscious and merges into the Sahasrara, which is called liberation.

Changes In Tendencies

What Are Tendencies?

The Vedic scriptures accept the dualism of Brahman, in which there is an formless, limitless, eternal and immutable, superconsciousness on one hand, and on the other hand, its conscious, visible and perpetually changing physical universe. This consciousness affects all living and non-living things in the physical universe, which are composed of three qualities – Sattva (luminous, pure, intelligent and positive), Rajas (energetic and passionate) and Tamas (dark, negative and lazy).

Sattva is the power of balance. Sattva’s qualities are goodness, harmony, happiness and lightness.

Rajas is the power of motion. Rajas’ qualities are struggle, effort, enthusiasm, anger and action.

Tamas is the power of inactivity and ignorance. Tamas’ qualities are confusion, incompetence and laziness.

All living beings, including humans, have these tendencies. However, there is no particular nature that only has one of these three worldly powers. Everywhere, all three qualities exist in everyone and continue to fluctuate. They constantly strive to influence each other. This is why no person is always good or bad, intelligent or foolish, active or lazy.

When a person’s Sattva tendency is predominant, it leads them towards higher consciousness, allowing them to return to the source of their being and free themselves from the bondage of karma. Those whose Rajas or Tamas tendencies predominate become trapped in an endless cycle of pleasure and pain, birth and death. The practice of yoga leads to ultimate liberation, or Moksha, by raising the Sattva qualities and attaining spiritual freedom.

Some Important Points About Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga

After getting better, if a practitioner stops practicing meditation and chanting, their illness may reappear. Indian yoga philosophy says that there is no disease that cannot be cured. The mantra given by the guru to the disciples is a mantra of revival, which means that if someone has reached the brink of death and chants the mantra with complete faith and meditates, they will become free from illness.

The practitioner should chant the mantra for 24 hours (most of the time) without making any changes in their daily routine. The practitioner should also meditate on an empty stomach for at least 10 to 15 minutes twice a day.

The more a practitioner chants mantras with dedication, the faster they will become free of illness.

A sick person should meditate at least 2-3 times a day.

During meditation, the practitioner should pray to their guru for freedom from illness.

A person who has strong faith and complete dedication towards their guru becomes completely healthy in just a few days.

The practitioner should avoid practicing the worship methods of any other guru and should only chant the mantras given by their own guru.

Regular meditation and mantra chanting raise the Kundalini energy in the body towards the upper part and the body becomes free from diseases.

If a practitioner is taking medicine, after a few days, they will no longer feel the need for it and gradually become free of it.

Forcefulness Of Guru Siyag

Anywhere in the world, even without meeting Guru Siyag, just by looking at Guru Siyag’s photo one can feel focused.

Guru Siyag’s Mantra initiation works through video/audio CDs, TV, or email.

Guru Siyag’s mantra chanting can be done for someone else who is incapable of doing it themselves.

Guru Siyag does not ask the disciple to attend any courses or training sessions.

No preliminary information is necessary to do GSSY.

Guru Siyag does not ask to leave or change anything.

Guru Siyag’s saying is that do not leave anything, the thing that is not right for you will leave you.

Only Guru Siyag’s photo also works.

Guru Siyag does not ask for direct or indirect donations. No registration required.

Guru Siyag does not impose any kind of bondage.

Guru Siyag never says to make anyone else a guru after accepting me as a guru.

No need for any garlands, flowers, incense sticks, etc.

When meditating, mentally recite the mantra and even when not meditating, such as while eating, standing up or sitting down, bathing, washing, reading or writing, going to and from work, driving, etc., recite the mantra as much as possible. Daily practice should include 15-15 minutes of meditation in the morning and evening.

Important For A Practitioner

Complete faith and patience towards the Guru are necessary.

People who are starting something are worried about how to try and do it, but for a few days, it is necessary to make a consistent effort. When you continuously recite a mantra for a few days, it starts to recite on its own, but it depends on how much dedication, honesty, and hard work has been put into it. The practitioner is strongly advised that even if their progress is slow, they should not give up, and eventually, they will achieve it.

For anyone who is interested in it, practicing Siddha yoga is very simple. Previous knowledge or experience of yoga is not necessary, nor is there a need for special equipment, assistance, or clothing. The presence of a yoga instructor is also not necessary, nor is there a need for any rituals or customs.

The practitioner of Siddha yoga does not need to abandon their religious beliefs or bring about changes in their way of life or diet. The practitioner only needs to have complete faith and devotion towards Guru Siyag for good health and spiritual progress.

In Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga, it is important to have complete faith and dedication towards Gurudev Siyag and to recite the mantra given during initiation with meditation. Gurudev Siyag gives the disciple a sacred word to recite mentally, and instructs them on how to meditate daily with mantra repetition.

By continuously reciting the mantra for a few days, one can achieve ajapa japa, which means the repetition of the mantra automatically without conscious effort. The effectiveness of the repetition depends on the sincerity, faith, and intensity of the recitation. Some disciples may achieve ajapa japa within a week, while others may take several months or more. In addition to mantra repetition, the disciple should also meditate for 15 minutes in the morning and evening.

As a person progresses on the path of Siddha Yoga, they quickly realize that their stress has disappeared, their ability to concentrate has increased, and their thoughts have become more positive. Many practitioners naturally perform various physical postures and movements in a meditative state.

The practitioner cannot do these actions as they wish, nor can they control them, nor can they stop them. These actions are different for each practitioner depending on their body’s needs. This is why the divine power that works under the control of Guru Siyag’s spiritual power knows well which specific postures/movements are necessary to help the practitioner get rid of physical and mental illnesses and advance on the spiritual path.

In Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga, the yogic postures are not practiced according to a specific sequence or method for producing desired effects, as is done in other yoga methods. In Siddha Yoga, when people meditate together, an observer is amazed to see that almost every participant has different yogic postures. Many practitioners experience joy and happiness during meditation, which they may not have felt before.

Curing Of Diseases:

Through the Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga meditation technique, when the Kundalini energy is awakened, the practitioner experiences different types of yoga activities.

Regular practice of meditation and chanting lead to signs of recovery from illness within 2 to 15 days for the practitioner. Recovery from a disease, addiction, or mental health problem through the Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga meditation technique depends on the regularity, dedication, and focus of the practitioner. The more dedication and focus a practitioner puts into meditation and chanting, the faster their illness will be cured.

Guru Siyag has proved in several cases that regular practice of the GSSY can not only provide relief but also cure diseases such as arthritis and diabetes as well as other deadly diseases such as cancer and AIDS/HIV. Countless patients, who had no treatment from doctors and were left to die, adopted the Siddha Yoga as a last resort, received blessings from Guru Dev, and took initiation, and are now not only alive and healthy but also leading a normal life.

While modern medical science may be unable to provide benefits or cure some diseases, yoga successfully cures them. Therefore, it is not surprising that most patients who have not received any benefits after adopting all types of medical treatments and have lost hope of survival, typically turn to Guru Siyag and his Siddha Yoga as their last hope.

Freedom From Addiction

Freedom from all types of addictions such as alcohol, opium, smack, heroin, cannabis, bidi, cigarette, gutka, jarda, etc. without any trouble.

Dependence on any kind of food item will also disappear on its own without any side effects. Just like nobody wants obesity, but the habit of eating (actually the demand of the body) does not go away, so this meditation and focus will help in losing weight on its own. Eating and drinking will start to be under control on its own.

Any addiction that you want to quit will be overcome with this meditation.

Freedom From Stress

Freedom from mental illnesses such as fear, anxiety, insomnia, anger, stress, phobias, etc.

Other Benefits:

During meditation, it is possible to directly see the events of the past and future along with complete knowledge of spirituality.

Meditation helps the practitioner realize the truth and experience self-realization.

Spiritual development while leading a household life.

There is no need to leave your home or job to practice meditation. There is no need to change any food or lifestyle habits.
