1) Downward Dog to Warrior II: 

One person goes into downward dog, while the other person steps feet forward into warrior 2. The two people hold hands and stretch their arms out in front of them. This pose strengthens the arms, back, and legs while stretching the spine and shoulders.

    2) Right Angle Pose: 

This yoga pose is done by one person sitting on the ground with their legs stretched out in front of them while they bend their right knee to bring it close to their chest. The other person sits or stands behind them and lifts both arms over their head to reach for the foot of the

1. The Bridge Pose:


Lie on your back and bend your knees so they are in line with the torso. Place the feet flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart. Bring the arms down by the sides of the body, palms facing down. Extend both legs up in a straight line and then lift them off the floor, flexing at the hips to create a straight line from heels to shoulders. Gently press into hands and feet to extend spine upwards and hold for 10 seconds before releasing back to starting position. Repeat six times or more if desired.
