अब दुनिया 'योग व ध्यान कैसे करें' के तरीके ढूँढ रही है, क्योंकि इसके फायदे ही फायदे हैं 
 
योग की किताबों में बहुत कम आसन के बारे में जानकारी है, 
 
1, 2, 3, 4 ये करके और किसी की copy करना योग नही है,

तो इसका जवाब होगा हाँ,आपका शरीर रूपी ग्रन्थ, जिसमें आपके अंदर की शक्ति चेतन हो कर आपको इस लायक बना देगी जिस से आप उच्चतम विकास की अवस्था तक पहुँच सको, लेकिन ये तभी संभव है जब आप प्रयास करोगे, जप-ध्यान करोगे 
 
"मैं तो शरीर रूपी ग्रन्थ को पढ़ना जानता हूँ, पढ़ाना जानता हूँ, आपका ग्रन्थ आपके पास है, पढ़ना चाहो पढ़ो, नहीं पढ़ना चाहो तो बैठे रहो"- Guru Siyag 
 
भारतीय योग दर्शन में वर्णित 'सिद्धयोग' में मातृ शक्ति कुण्डलिनी साधक की जरूरत के अनुसार योग करवाती है

1. नाम जप(ईश्वर के नाम(संजीवनी मंत्र/जीवन देने वाला मंत्र का मानसिक जप बिना होठ व जीभ हिलाये, ये मंत्र केवल गुरुदेव की आवाज में सुनना है और उसका मानसिक जप प्रारंभ कर देना है)

ये मंत्र कोई किताब में से बांच के नहीं बता रहा, ये चेतन मंत्र है, लाखों ऋषियों की कमाई है इसमें"- Guru Siyag 
 
2.ध्यान( 15 मिनट से ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं करना है, ध्यान सुबह-शाम खाली पेट)

आध्यात्मिक देश होने के नाते कम से कम भारत के लोगों को और भारत सरकार व अन्य राज्य सरकारों को इस पर ध्यान जरूर देना चाहिए

रामायण सबने देखी लेकिन ये किसी ने नहीं ध्यान दिया कि खुद के विनाश का कारण केवल और केवल अहम होता है,अंदर बैठा रावण, राम को स्वीकार नही कर पाता 
 
हाथ जोड़कर बस इतनी सी प्रार्थना है कि सोचने समझने का समय अब नही बचा,अभी से शुरू कर दें, सच्चाई सामने आ जाएगी

तो योग की बड़ी चर्चा है, कुण्डलिनी जागरण की बड़ी चर्चा है. पश्चिम मान चुका है कि धन-बल और जन-बल से तो हमने जोर लगा लिया शांति हो नहीं सकती, अब केवल एक ही आत्म-बल से, कि अगर मानव के कुण्डलिनी जागृत हो जाये तो ही विश्व-शांति संभव है. ये शारीरिक कसरतें, योग के नाम से पूरी दुनियां में हो रही हैं. मैं यू.एस. गया, वहाँ शारीरिक कसरतें इसी को योग कहते हैं.

पर भारतीय योग-दशर्न में जिस सिद्धयोग का वर्णन आता है उसका तो मूल उद्देश्य ही मुक्ति है, मोक्ष है भाई. भारतीय दर्शन रोग की बात ही नहीं करता. पातंजलि योग-दर्शन की दुहाई दी जाये, पातंजलि योग-दर्शन आप उठा कर देख लो, १९५ सूत्र हैं उसमें, उसमें कहीं भी रोग का वर्णन नहीं आएगा. कहीं नहीं है. वो तो जो संस्कार पूर्व-जन्म के, उसके बीज नष्ट करने की बात करता है. पातंजलि योग-दर्शन में ४ चेप्टर हैं. "I will first explain the philosophical base of Siddha Yoga.

The truth is that until now religion (dharma) has not been able to bring about a transformation in mankind.
When all kinds of incurable diseases are cured through a spiritual master, the scientific community is astonished by such a claim.

In Kali Yuga (Age of Falsehood) dharma has been gradually declining. But there is a limit to the fall of dharma. When there is no space left to fall further, dharma must arise once more. All civilizations rise and fall. That is the law of nature.

Humankind has now entered a phase where it has begun to ascend. Sanatana Dharma will be a universal religion. Humanity cannot realize the truth only through sermons and teachings. If it could, it would have done so long ago.

There is a lot of interest around the world in Yoga and the Kundalini. The West has come to realize that peace cannot be attained through wealth or armed force. The only way to establish world peace is through spiritual force. And spiritual force can be manifested only through the awakening of the Kundalini."- Guru Siyag
